How it works
1. Get your token
Pick your event, enter your name and email and accept the terms. Your token arrives by email and also opens right on the page. It is a QR code with a short code underneath. Some events ask you to pay by card first; then the token is created once the payment goes through.
2. Show it at the door
Keep the token on your phone (you can save it as an image) and show the QR code when you arrive. It is scanned and you are in. A printed or screenshot copy works too.
3. Leaving and paying
It depends on the event, and your token page always tells you which one it is:
- Pay by time: entry is free and you pay by how long you stayed. Scan your token on the way out; the price depends on your time, and the first minutes are free. You can pay by card on your token page. Ask more info at the entry desk. No cash policy.
- Regular token: one price, paid by card before the token exists.
- Donation: entry is free and you give what you like, using the Donate button.
Your ticket (PDF)
Regular ticket events or pay by spent time events send a valid ticket as a PDF with the organiser's details, the value, the venue and your token's QR code as per Art. 481 of Law no. 227/2015 on the Fiscal Code and OMFP no. 846/2002. The ticket is issued after the payment is confirmed. You can download it again from your token page.
Questions
- I didn't get the email. Check your spam folder or the promotions tab. If it is not there, sign up again with the same email and we send it again. Look for typos in your spelling.
- I lost my token. Sign up again with the same email, or ask at the entrance.
- I paid but have no ticket. Open your token page; the ticket appears there when the payment is confirmed. If not, write to johnnyisfine.eu@gmail.com. We do not process payments.
- Can I stop the emails? Yes, every email has an unsubscribe link.
