Terms & conditions

These terms govern your use of OneWristband, the sign-up, entry and payment service run by OneWristband ("we", "OneWristband"). By ticking the box when you sign up, you accept them.

What OneWristband is

OneWristband gives event organisers a way to hand out personal QR tokens, check people in and out, and take payments. We are not the organiser of the events listed here. Each event is run by its organiser, who is named on the event page and on the ticket (when the event issues one).

What the organiser is responsible for

The organiser decides the event, its date, venue, prices and rules, and is the seller of any ticket or entry. The organiser is responsible for the event itself, for cancelling or changing it, for refunds that are owed to you, and for the tax documents for what you paid. Questions about a specific event go to the organiser; for anything about this service write to johnnyisfine.eu@gmail.com.

Your token and ticket

A token is a personal QR code linked to the name and email you gave us. Give real details and keep your token to yourself: whoever shows it can use it. A numbered ticket (PDF) is issued only by events that offer one, and for card payments only after the payment is confirmed. Do not copy, resell or automate the sign-up, and do not try to get around the limits of the service.

Prices and payment

Each event shows its own price rules before you sign up: free entry with a price by time, a single price, or a donation. Prices are in RON. Card payments are processed by Stripe: we do not see or store your card details. OneWristband runs on a no-cash policy. If an online payment is returned to you through your bank, the matching ticket is cancelled and its number is not reused.

Cancelled or changed events, refunds

If an event is cancelled or changed, the organiser decides what you are owed, in line with the law. We pass on the information we have by email. Amounts paid for time already spent at an event are not refundable, unless the law or the organiser says otherwise.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your token on your phone and as a screenshot, and tell the staff if something does not work, so they can let you in by hand.

Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for how an event is run or for losses caused by the organiser or the venue. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

Your data

How we use your name and email, how long we keep them and what your rights are is explained in the privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you sign up is the one that applies to that sign-up.

Complaints and law

Write to johnnyisfine.eu@gmail.com and we will answer as soon as we can. These terms are governed by Romanian law. Consumers in the EU can also use the online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
